Surface Roughness : 0.1 RA (super finish )
Material : High wear resistance carbon steel
Standard Size : 10mm to 25mm
Standard Length : Op 5000m
Chrome planting thickness : 100 to 120 micron
Chrome surface hardness : 850 to 1000 HV.
Straightness : 0.1 per meter max.

Each Metering bar is inspected under magnifying glass table to inspect surface finish.
Each Metering bar is pack under special made hollow foam tube to protect surface finish.
